domain .Site Domains, Should I drop or keep? - demonic.site

Hello everyone -

I own a few one-word keyword domains with the .Site extension,

(i.e.)

demonic.site
searchable.site
nutritious.site
informative.site

I hand registered these about 2 years ago.
I believe these have value, or will in the future... but I am doing some portfolio cleaning and would like to know if any of you agree? Will or does the .SITE extension have value or would you suggest dropping these...

Namecheap currently has renewals at $10 but normally it is ~$25

Two of these names have their .com counterparts still unregistered. And I would not even register them.

No offers on any...I dropped all except demonic.site and searchable.site

I had the idea of reaching out to some extreme haunted house companies and selling demonic.site for a few hundred bucks...if not, i'll probably just drop at the end of 2018
