The Story of .SITE
.SITE was officially delegated by ICANN as part of the new gTLD program in March 2015. Radix manages and operates the .SITE domain extension.
Radix was established by Bhavin Turakhia in 2012. It became the registry operator of 31 generic top-level domain names (gTLDs) such as .web, .website, .shop, .world and .blog.
On 15 July 2015, .SITE became publicly available for registration.
.SITE reached 100 thousand registered domain names in November 2018 and 1 million in September 2019.
As of June 2020, there are more than 2.3 million registered .SITE domain names.
