Established Site Clearout - Nice designs, powerful niche's, affordable pricings

I need to clear-out my hosting account from some sites I simply don't want to develop. This is because I need to spend more time on my niche directory network, and can't support the other sites anymore.

Site #1:

PSPMeeting.com
A PR 3 psp blog. Gets 30-50 visits/daily. The wordpress design is unique (hot!), the articles aren't unique, however I have a guy posting new articles each 3 days. Starting bid : 60$ BIN : 110$.

Site #2 :
PHPMentor.info
A custom php resource site. The site is self updating, and the script is customly developed. The skin is a xhtml/css valid template.
Starting bid : 60$
BIN : 100$

Site #3:
iWebDiary.com
A nice wordpress blog, having some unique articles. The site is getting 20-30 visitors daily and is listed by over 600 free directories.
Starting bid : 50$.
BIN : 90$.
