Whats wrong here. The shoputer name was regged in May 05 and has no PR and shows up no where in google for the search term "shoputer"

Is it banned? If it's not and you can confirm this I'll take it for BIN.

No, not to my knowledge. I picked the domain up from drops and it was never used for a real working site since I owned it. I setup the simple turnkey shopping script to demonstrate what the site could be used for. I will however take it off the market till Google confirms what is happening with it.
