domain Site appraisal

ok i have a domain sinergy-media.com itsmain selling point was that it was a pr4, it got about 100 uniques a month (i know not many)
and at 1 point i was earning about $20 a month from links on it although that dropped to $10 for the last few months and now none and then my host went bust after i paid a year up front...d'oh

anyway ive been made an offer on the site and i was just wondering what you people thought it would be worth, if anything
