If they're serious, they will take instalments or leasing with a buyout option and start building. But often "buyers" say they don't want instalments, they want to purchase the domain upfront, but for one tenth of what it's listed for. When you have options laid out before you and you insist on the option that is not listed... well, there's just no way.

Interest does not always mean ability to pay. Many buyers like a domain but seriousness shows when they are actually willing to meet the seller somewhere close to the asking price.
