I personally have no problem with these trademarks. "Simply.com" is a distinct brand name. Certainly if someone else uses a brand including the generic word "simply" it shouldn't interfere with their business unless it is very similar to the trademarked name. As far as I am concerned these domain trademarks are business as usual.

I think this is also good for domain sellers. If you are selling "Jammies.com" that can be a brand and is more valuable. If it was not able to be trademarked, even with the .com, it would be less valuable as a brand name.
