and how we can complete the deal if so ?

Escrow via dan is one way. If someone suggest an escrow service to you, check here first, in most cases it will be a scam. Most people do not take this true advice and get scammed.

if its during the week 24-48 hrs in my experience, check with them first, they might need verification like any legit company depending on the amount.

buyer can pay with btc with no kyc

While you verified in famous crypto platform like binance, Kucoin, etc..

I think everyone need kyc on BINANCE now
