Simple & Quick Graphic Needed

Hi, I'm looking for a graphical designer that can create one simple image for me. We need the image before the end of the day though so we really need someone that's up to the task. The image will simply be text with a border or background that matches our theme. So, it's pretty straight forward. If you're interested please post your portfolio and I'll get back to the person we'd like to work with.

Before criticizing my work, read what the requirements are in the first place.

That's just showing an example of what it would look like. I have the .psd still and would change it to whatever he would like it to say.
