I need a proxy based program where I could either force update the user's proxy list remotely or have a button they could click to update it. Please list the price differences, if any.

The user should be able to change proxies from a list at their choice. Every 5 minutes a ping should be run updating the ping time, and the time placed to the right of the ip address. The list should also be sortable by ping time. If the IP is unreachable, it should automatically be placed into a text file named 'invalid.txt"
Any other features that are already in your version or you could add to make it more enticing let me know as well. There are a ton of features I plan on adding. This is just a SUPER cheap way I am looking to start.
