Simple (I think) Question

Does anyone know why the links on this page don't work: http://216.7.189.14/~onlinetr/? My host has Zend installed and everything, but it still doesn't seem to work.

Also, I have the same script running on another server with the same version of PHP, so I know that's not the problem.

Well to start off with are you sure that the pages really exist?

Like does the page: c-2-Health.html exsist?
