Simple Change??

Hey ...

I had a simple SWF made for me not to long ago... if you look at www. portfolio-properties dot net then you will be able to see the fading in images on the front page...

I now want to change the front page of the site to a blue color #235095 ... is this a simple change that can be made using an editor? Or will I need to get a new one designed? If so how much should I expect to pay? It needs to be done ASAP so I will probably just post it in the wanted section but i don't know how easy it will be!

I think you can change the page properties in yor editor to the colour you require
