I personally don't see any value in it as a domain itself. Even if it were a .com, I'd say it would be regfee for reseller and $xx if you get lucky enough to find an enduser.

The best use for the domain would be to develop it so it has traffic.

I am sorry, but I don't see any value in a 4 word domain name with the .ca extension. I have a list of dictionary words in .ca and don't find them appealing enough to spend $10

Judging by sales of similar domains with [signsof] you'd be lucky to get even mid $xx as those were .net and .orgs for low $xxx. You should develop this one.
