Currently taking offers on a site which was established in 2005 and has only been improving since. When I bought it, it received around 300UV a day. I've since put hours upon hours of SEO work into it, getting it rankings in Google to increase the amount of traffic up to 1,000+ Unique Views per day.
It also has had over 300,000+ Userbars generated since I started tracking after redesinging the site in late 2009 and averages around 450 a day.
Since SEO is my main and only expertise, I have done nothing to the Adsense which are on the site. I have no clue as to producing revenue off this site as it is a free resource and only costs me $5/mo to host. If the right person buys this site or the right person is hire, the potential for revenue on this site is very feasible and could possibly be very rewarding. Right now it makes $2-$3/mo.
As I said, the search rankings are very appealing to a buyer. Right now the main term I targeted 'Signature Generator' the site ranks #4, however it has been going back and fourth between #2 and #3 position for months. 'Userbar Generator' it ranks #5.

The site itself is a well known resource around the web. It has been featured on many, many blogs and directories such as http://www.makeuseof.com/ and a quick Google search of the URL will prove that. It has over 7600 backlinks.
The site also has a database of over 10,000 userbars, one of the biggest on the web all categorized. The database itself if worth hundreds of dollars and I have considered in the best re-selling it as another revenue ave. It has a very user friendly design and code done by myself and a two fellow friend developers.
I am looking to sell this website THIS MONTH as I need the money for personal reasons. I can still be of assistance to the buyer during the transition period to ensure everything goes smoothly.
