• Short dictionary word .com
• High search volume.
• CPC is not too bad.
• Memorable

Cons:

• Personally, I struggle to think of any specific industries that may want to use the domain.. however, sometimes startups and established companies like to make quirky choices so an end user sale is certainly not out of the question!

I would say:

• Re-seller value: $5k
• End User: $30k - $50k
