I've been happy with Regery and Dynadot. Dynadot's processing time can be slow, so not recommended for fresh drops.

You can use TLDES to see which covered registrars handle .si. Many of them are European registrars, but it is nice that Dynadot now handle .si and has attractive rates.

Namecheap and Spaceship do not currently have .si, but someone asked the CEO about adding them recently, and he replied that they would look into it. That would make a big difference in adoption of the TLD outside Europe if they do add them.

Personally I have only about 10 .si domain names, and they are now all at Dynadot.

Maybe, but I have no problems at Regery, e.g. domain registration is processed instantly. Dynadot's connection to the .si registry, on the other hand, is probably built with a dial-up modem. Registration can take hours and you often get "the connection to the central registry is busy" error when trying to change nameservers.

Still early, indeed. But even if someone couldn't hold .si investment long enough, many beautiful names are good for other use cases too, and there's a market for them already. Though, naturally, they won't fetch the highest prices, they are surely salable, and that's a lot to be said, imho.
