Hi DN folks,

As some of you are aware Amazon launched .BOT Domain for Artificial Intelligence and yesterday was the General Availability day.
Did you catch some nice ones or did you pass this opportunity?

I was tempted to try it, there are most single names priced as premium.

I have just two DNs:

AIRO.BOT
AIChat.Bot

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
AfternicAfternic
It is now possible to list your .bot domain names on Afternic (previously had to use Dan or Sedo, or your own landers, of course). I confirmed it this morning successfully listing the one .bot I have, and then checking that it showed up through GD Auction search.

Not an extension I have spent much time on or own any. For those with the knowledge who do you see as the natural end users adopting the extension? Thank you
Most likely automation companies

Please be aware if you have your .bot name/s on Afternic Landers, they now don't display the price nor the price request form after the recent update.

I reported the issue to Afternic and hopefully, it'll get resolved ASAP.

The above issue has been resolved and all .bot names are now working with no issues on all Afternic landers.

I just hand regged Accel and it was approved instantly for Atom's Sapphire Marketplace. I was hesitant to reg more .bot's (I have 4 already) with their $50 renewal pricing, but with the Sapphire Marketplace I'm hopeful more eyeballs will get to these short premium words even though sales so far for this TLD have been light. Accel (abbreviation for Accelerate) seems to fit quite well with the TLD and I can think of many tech applications for it.

Seems more people are dropping than renewing however. Probably can get many decent names as hand regs soon

I added half a dozen .bot in the past 48 hours. Doesn't matter to me if the buyer wants it for robotics, automation, Chatbots, etc. All are strong dictionary words taken in >225 TLDs.

There are tons of similar dictionary words left. If you lack imagination, you can go to ExpiredDomains.net and see them - many were dropped in the past 6 mos.
