I had to pick up ArtImitates.Life a while back. The new extensions do offer an opportunity to have a little fun with names.

I can see this domain appealing to artists because they are very creative and it fits nicely with the creative use of the .life TLD. Plus, "Art Imitates" sounds nice by itself. The best kind of domain hack. Very Nice!

Yes trademarked but not in all classes, if you check as I did before investing you would see that maybe 25% slots are trademarked and many many more free. So, for right business it's great opportunity. If you are right, then no one should buy tictoc.world or tictoc.services because it's trademarked, but it's trademarked in only one class and every other class is open. Same applies to many trademarked names and who can forbid you to TM any of them if class you want is not taken.

I'm not selling you anything I'm just stating facts. And what classes are outside, maybe "SUGAR CONFECTIONERY, NAMELY, CANDY" or "All Purpose Sport Bags, Tote Bags, Handbags" or
