Show Users Location by IP address

Not sure this is the right forum, but it doesnt really fit anyplace else.
I saw a site that had a script to show the users exact location by IP address. For example "Hello Joseph, welcome fro Kent, Washington". Does anyone know a site that has this? I forgot to bookmark it!

Not exactly what you seek, but http://dnsstuff.com is doing something similar. Look at the top right corner.
