ShoutPro BETA 4 Released

BETA 4 of ShoutPro has been released. It features a new user panel that lets users password protect their names over the web, IP banning, and the option to have the shoutbox manually refresh instead of automatically. Head over to http://www.shoutpro.com for more info or to download the script. ShoutPro is completely free of charge, but I'd appreciate it if you could click on the Google ad to make me a few cents.
