Hi everyone,
I'm Don from Silicon Valley. That's San Jose, Ca for the few that might not know that. I'm actually living in Sunnyvale right now (also part of the silicon valley) Google practically in my back yard. If you need a rock thrown over their fence or something' I can do that for you.
I am a part time domainer since 1999. The first domain I registered back in 99 3 words.com I sold for 3k and I was hooked. Life distractions and such I have only been semi-active over the last 10 and know I left a lot of money on the table.
Brand new to this forum. I found it on google while ravaging over the .asia debacle.
Almost left the industry completely after being so turned off by the afternic forum. Looooong story!
I just want to introduce myself, and to say that I like this forum. Lot's of like minded individuals, lots of bright people here.
I even took the time to read Rick Latona's http://www.ricklatona.com site and think he's a "pretty cool dude"
Agreed with most (95%)of his political views as well (That seldom happens to me) I now love this site (too good to be true, and now waiting for the pincher bugs to arrive :tri Only 1 thing though about Ricks political views; Hey Rick' please admit that your not really a democrat, but that you chose it as a lesser of two evils during a political season??? I also have socialist ideas, but lean to the right for "realities of the worlds current state of affairs reasons" Individuals accomplish so much more than any governments! I really think you are an independent like me. Anyway, I like opinionated people in general, especially when matched with intelligence.
So now you know me a bit, and how I can ramble on too...enough now, I just wanted to say hi!
