Nice stats indeed, but have a good think about it. Could of course be worth "the risk" but I would have a good night sleep on it. If it still feels right tomorrow morning, then go for it! But its a huge difference between a 2 word .com and a 2 word .cc .tv or .de.

If no Trademark issues, then it can be worth considering in the .tv or .de

Usually, for a decent domain, it may be worth regging the .tv if the domain fits the "television" extension, .de if it fits the german market - as a rule.

However, worth remembering indeed that if the .com sells for $xx,xxx, the .tv value is usually no more than $xxx if that. Of course there are exceptions.
