Should I still develop this?

Hey guys, I am thinking of developing my domain Chrill.com into a full on WP blog and maybe a clothing company in the future.

After I purchased it, I Googled the term "chrill" and saw there was already a "Chrill.org" for Chrill Care, Inc. which is a small retirement care business. They have a copyright for the year 2013 on their site for Chill Care, and I found no trademark.

My question is: Should I be fine developing Chrill.com into a business website/blog and maybe register a trademark for it?

Please let me know because I don't want to face any legal issues with that company if I decide to develop it and make financial gains.

You'll be fine just so long as you don't enter the retirement care business. That doesn't mean they might not take you to court or file an UDRP, but they probably would not win.
