Should I sell..

I got an offer for 5 of my domain names for a low price of $200
should I do it ? is it worth it ? or do these domains have hidden value that can be unlocked ?

If he is a reseller, he's probably going to ditch that one anyway. He's probably just eyeing the "drawingdesigns.com", and pretending to buy the 4 other garbage domains to make it appear like it's a bundle package deal to keep the price down. If you try to show interest on 1 specific domain, it could jack up the price tag.

And if he is a reseller, it's more likely than not, that he is reading about this right now. lol

What I was trying to get across to the OP though is NOT to reg anymore TM's.

In all honesty I think all 5 can potentially go for xxx to low xxxx to an enduser but that will take time and patience, I'm really trying build income for now I'm not focused on sitting on domains and waiting for them to sell But I will be doing that in the near future

Good luck is all I can say. You might be waiting for a few decades or longer, or maybe you might get extremely lucky & someone buys it for that price or even more. You never know. But based on the quality or more accurately lack of quality, I'd say it's quite a gamble IMO.

$200 for junk is way better than $10K for a 1st class name...
cause you may undersell good name but no one can undersell junk

Those comments were by quite new members on NP. I would say ask them to put up the money for more than that & buy it off you if they really think it's worth more. I'm pretty they won't, in fact they probably wouldn't even put up reg fee for each name.

Any sale is a good sale in this industry.

Sell them and move on. But take your profits and bring them to the aftermarket and not hand-reg city.

I did send a response email asking for at least 500 for all and also an opportunity to sell more keywords in the future to him, I stated that, the only way I will let them go for such a price, is if he was willing to buy more in the future, many more, like if I could build lists and send them once a week he could choose from, and buy keywords from me once a week or twice a month with a low price of 250 or something, I can deal with that, since I buy keyword domains almost once a week anyways..
other than that I would sit on them and wait for endusers, I have them listen on sedo and afternic, and pretty much every other website imaginable, while I would want to make the most out of these domains Im more interested in increasing my cash to buy better domains and repeat the cycle, that's the plan, I also want to keep some for myself and develop them which will also require money so all in all I am still just a newb but am trying to build something for myself,

a way to move up in this business is buying and selling some ok names to get the good ones,
not all of us have the money to jump right in to 4 figure names

I really do not know why anyone would be desperate enough to pay $500 and tie himself up to accept an obligation to buy more on a weekly basis... and for $250 bucks a week?

Perhaps if people would put themselves in the shoes of the buyer, these kind of deals do not really make any sense.

maybe not,
but if you have money and want to invest in good keywords that will pay off eventually and have the time to sit on them it makes sense
maybe for 500 im asking to much,
but 200 a week for 5 keywords isn't a bad deal for both the buyer and the seller
I spend a lot of time searching for them and time is money right ?
someone might not have that time and will just pay 50 a name for deleted keywords

$200 for 5 good keyword domains is ok. But unfortunately not all your domains are good. The TM domains are no good to anybody. As alien51 said. There is only one good keyword domain in your bunch. The rest aren't really worth much at all.

I have major doubts that a reseller would pay $200 for those domains, I suspect that if you respond to their email they will say something like:

"We are willing to pay what you ask if you would please get an appraisal."

It is an old scam. You pay for the appraisal and never see the buyers again. The appraisal company is a fake.

Another is: "I'll send extra money, please pay .... for me." Payment to you is fake, but you dont find out until after you have paid their "friend".
