Should I design my company a new website?

This one also looks fine but if you think you can do much better.. go for it. It won't hurt to have a better looking web site.

however i like the site as it is now, except it took a while for me to load

"professional web services" err, no way, not from a site looking like that! It even has spelling mistakes.
