shoppng carts and graphic work

I have a good designer but he does not do shopping carts or programming. He mostly does the layouts and graphics. I am also interested in new designers. We are currently working on several different projects such as a MMA forum site with purchasing abilities. A dance studio logo and graphics. There are several more in the works but for now just trying to get a team of people together that I can call on. If interested PM me or I will check this thread.
