Shop or store?

domainstore.com

I vote for 'store', although 'shop' does have the additional quality of being a good verb.

Shop is a more common term in UK but store would be more common for the USA market IMO

Yeah i prefer shop, but then again as gazzip said, shop is more common in uk and store is more a U.S thing

Shop is for smaller and more specialized stores
Store is for bigger and with more quantity of goods shops...

AFAIK at least.
I would also check the market, if it is for USA, Uk or worldwide the final sound and how it looks in the written form, logo etc.

Good point made by genial, i think if you are buying and selling then im edging towards store wether if it just you selling then i think shop would be more suitable

If it's for .eu, I'd definitely say 'shop' -- no-one says 'store' in UK/Ireland. Good luck!
