Hi

I am thinking of developing the site and sell shooting table via some kind of affliate program.

I would develop and do some seo on the site.

But as it stands how much is just the domain name on its own worth?

Would the main market be for photgraphy or in the shooting (Guns market) ??

Shooting bench would be the more searched for term, although shooting table gets about half the results and both seem to gear more towards firearms than photography.

Pretty limited market, but a proper site selling units as well as plans could earn its keep. They are not a cheap item, so an Affil cut might be worth looking into.
