The writers are independent contractors. The agreement is that the writers will get paid $30 for each cover letter and resume they write. The flow is that the customer pays for the order, we then assign the order to a writer and pay him/her $30 per resume and $30 per cover letter when they complete the order and send it to the customer. We have step by step instructions for the writers and the new owner will also receive instructions for what needs to be done to process orders in an organized manner.
