Well, the expression "share news" itself has no high commercial value, and .co.in extension is not exactly a good one, it's a third level indian ext..

I'm not sure if this domain could have some value.

the extension is OK, but the keywords are also OK, so low to mid $xx. If you are able to develop this as a news exchange site, then low to high $xxx.
