I am looking to sell one of my favorite websites, ShareBerry - an all-in-one image, PSD, audio and video file host. ShareBerry has been designed with a very simple goal in mind: providing quick uploading service for masses. For that reason, ShareBerry has been designed with a simple-structured layout, heavily inspired by Google. When users come to the site, they want something straight to the point, so they can share their content quickly. In solution to this, we have created our site with the quickest page-loads possible, in addition to making the site extremely convenient to navigate with. There is no clutter on the page, just great service.
ShareBerry uses professionally optimized code designed to reduce the uploading run time speed of each specific media extension. Simply put, uploading even the largest of video or Photoshop files can be uploaded and shared very quickly. This is especially great for web designers and teens.
ShareBerry is currently optimized for and supports the following medias:
It is important to note that Google adsense has only recently implemented into ShareBerry. For the most, we have run it as an ad-free application for all users. As the site stands now, it is currently optimized for adsense revenue. There is a lot of potential revenue to be earned, with high click rates expected after the "uploading service" has completed, where the user is left at the finished page.
ShareBerry will require a hosting account with a large resource of space. Please do not let this frighten you, as there are many great hosts such as our friends at BlueHost, who offer unlimited bandwidth/unlimited transfer for as little as $7/month.
In this you sale you will receive ShareBerry, with all of it's current-user files, in addition to all the documents used to create the site. We will even go as far as installing the site onto your server for free, just to ensure that all files get transferred over properly. We respect our customers and want to preserve their files, it’s the reason they keep coming back.
Last but not least, I would just like to say - serious bidders only. I would hope the new owner treats the site with love, as I really want to see it continue being the Google of file uploading.

Update: I received a question via PM regarding site-settings that I forgot to address. You can edit the size limits per file type, in addition to what file extensions are permitted, and so forth. In essence, most everything is customizable.
