No value in these names

Avoid hyphens in domain names, they are very difficult to sell

Focus on .com without hyphens and try find names that make sense.
Always think about who will buy this name from me? Does it have a commercial use?
Try and find possible end-users before registering a name.

Spend a few months reading this forum before looking at more names...signup to the dnjournal sales newsletter and read namebio.com to see what sells every week

I would try not hand-regging any names..try and buy on the aftermarket

Hope that helps and good luck

But i Believe Not All Hypens Are Bad cocacala.com redirect to coca-cola.com
let's not forget it
I appreciate your opinion but i seriously dare you answer me this simple question

Why most of the Tld extensions of Iran-mall live-escape and cook-up and n-o-w.com
Is taken??!? from a loong time !

You said they have no value ok then answer my question please To better understand you:

rdbar.com
pvbar.com

there are 676 combination of ??bar.com
All are taken
And from many of them taken so many of them for premium sale
starting from 2,000$ and for example rrbar.com is i think 25,000$ in GD

So if all other ??bar taken
And once again please read
I wrote you the end users

Have a look at prbar.com xrbar.com
this is one end user type
another is people who have bar and restaurand
Like Patrick&veronika's Bar --->Pvbar.com
Pedro Valencia bar-->. pvbar,com

metal bar productors are other possible market as well
Tons of chinese website owning other ??bar.com are other example

I told you who gonna be the end users but i think you just didn't dare to read it

So just answer my 2 question
So i can better understand your what you want to say

It could be defensive registrations by the brand owner.

Also, tens of millions of domains are registered by speculators, but they will never sell. Just because domains are registered doesn't mean they have value.
If you find domain names that are still available in 2017, they most likely have no resale value.
If nobody would pick them for $10, the odds that you will resell them for much more are quite remote.
So think twice... if nobody buys these names from you, what you have is a pile of liabilities that cost you renewal fees every year.

sorry buy i must disagree on you with this one
I just bought a domain name 4 week ago
Contacted by someone who offered me 150$ to buy it
And guess what i rejected

Of course that wasn't a domain name that were unregistered from the beginning
And it wasn't a domain that i paid more than 10$

I just aim for names that got expired by their owners
And buy them immediately after public release and sometimes backorder it
I believe even there is not real user behind it , it still have some investing values

Just like coin market , see how many altcoin there is with no actual use or actual value as a usable coin
but still people invest in them and it's still profitable at some point

I believe these names can be flipped with low $$$
Or High $$

But if you are not agree with it
That's an opinion too

And i appreciate it anyways

now it's now defensive owner buy
it is registered with different peolpe

Sure it can and it does happen. Expired domain names can sell if they are appealing enough, on the other hand never-before registered domains may be harder to sell. I have sold a lot of previously registered domains, that I caught.
Good names usually don't remain unregistered for too long.

Everybody can register domain names, and even make a sale. What is difficult is to repeat the feat again and again, and build a revenue stream out of it.

Keep in mind that the market is saturated, there are tens of millions of domains on sale but few buyers. Most domainers are losing money, even when they make a sale because the profits are nullified by the renewal fees (maintaining a portfolio of hundreds of names or more is expensive).

You are right
Usually i reg the names within 1-2 hour after their public release
I actually not into big meals as most people chasing now !
I make small and handpicked shots that i am confident to menetize
from high $$ to high $$$
And so far it wasn't bad

But i want to ask your specific answer in these 2 question please :
www.**bar.com have 676 letter combination
No a single one is available for registration
most of the ones unavailable either in use or in premium listing for mid $,$$$ to low $$,$$$
example of usage is protein bars :
like rxbar.com , prbar.com

Tons of other using by the Bar&pubs etc ..

Some use for industrial companies. metal bars etc

many used by chinese companies , (i have no idea what it define in chinese)

I have 2 names available :
Pvbar.com Rdbar.com
what do you think of it's value?

Thanks

You referred namebio but i just checked
There were a lot of domain name with hypens and with double hypens that sold for thousands last few months for example t-h-c.com a-m-e.com for 5k n-a-s.com for 5 k too
there are actually tons of domain like these that sold
so if that the case with those double hypens domains ,... then what about n-o-w.com ?

Other guy said burn them ! that was kinda make me lol
because i just could've sold one of these similar name for 150 bucks
and i rejected. !
And yes it was available to the public , and registered right after expiration not in auctions

there are 3 malls in iran with the exact same name ''iran mall'' witch one of them is the upcoming biggest mall in the world and it's under construction. and it's almost double size of the current biggest mall in the world witch is in china

now iranmall.com is taken iranmall.ir is taken too
now tell me what's the most valuable domain name next?
Of course the one witch have 13 tld being registered from different people Iran-mall.com

About ??bar.com's (pvbar.com rdbar.com)
I don't see any pro could comment on that yet !
Because i provided proof for the possible potential and the possible worth
But no one said the otherwise yet.

cook-up.com is worth by domainindex near 1k so..

If you want to deny worth of these domains please tell me some logical evidence
I know i might be wrong and you might be right

But i need strong reasoning

Thanks

I've owned PhiladelphiaCarRentals.com - valued by domainindex at about 18k and I've sold it for $45 ( reseller obviously but bought for $5).

I'm not a pro, but you wanted some logical evidence. All the combinations are registered as you said and many of them are for sale. According to namebio, only 5 ??bar.com ( ?? being two consonants as you have)were sold in the last ten years from which two are pronounceable ( mybar.com and sybar.com). That leaves us only fmbar.com, mpbar.com ($4188) and mdbar.com ($2500). From these 3, fm prefix is widely used, everybody has heard of fm (FM=frequency modulation) ( fm radio usually). So we are down to two from 676 domains. That leaves you a chance of 2/676= 0.29% of selling your domain above $100 as namebio shows sales of above $100.

Like Patrick&veronika's Bar --->Pvbar.com
Pedro Valencia bar-->. pvbar,com

What is the chance for someone with the initials PV or two people with initials P and V to run a bar business? Think about it. Why wouldn't they buy PatrickAndVeronica or PnVbar? I think I would go with PatrickAndVeronica.com rather than pvbar.com, but that's just my opinion. I have a similar domain that I tried to market to enduser that is d+word.com, but no luck. There are people that use name+word as David+word.com, Daniel+word.com.

This is just the basic math, a domain name will be worth only what someone will pay for it. Good luck!

There are many many more that will never sell. Tens of millions. Statistically the odds are stacked against you.
Just because somebody wins at the lottery, doesn't mean buying lottery tickets is a good investment.

If you want to deny worth of these domains please tell me some logical evidence
If you find unregistered domains in 2017, it usually means they are not good enough for someone to spare 10 bucks on them. So it is unlikely that you will be able to flip them for a bigger sum. Unless you are experienced and know what to buy.
Anybody can register domains, making sales repeatedly is a whole different game. If domaining were that easy everybody would know and would be doing it.
Domainers always think they have excellent domains, but the rest of the world disagrees.

Thank you everybody
I appreciate your opinion
It's valuable for me

Ok,...
I will try my best to sell , and if i had any success i will let everyone know
I still believe part of my domains will sell,
so let's see

And by great names don't misunderstand me , i mean great for 9$ registration fee not great that sells thousands of dolars

Cheers

Thanks for your input
None of these names were unregistered , i never register domain like that
these are mostly expiring domain names that i hand reg them immediately after release to the public

Trust me , i had 2 offer only for the domains that i listed here

have in mind that i don't sit on my domains and wait someone offer me some gold in return to having them, no i do marketing work to the end users.

I will update in case anyday i sell any of the ones above
Because i do believe in them.

Thanks again everyone

Probably you mean patrickandveronikabar.com right?
ok
Paradise Valley
Puerto Vallarta, (very famous destinations with countless bar discos and night life in it )
partido verde

And lot more are just the located based potential for this domain name
you are right the chances are small
but think about it at 2005 no one ever believed lll worth anything ''just google posts on namepro about LLLL.com domain names back in 2005''
but now they worth alot that there is no single unregistered LLLL name that left in the world !

10 years ago no bar or business would think about having a website let alone having a good domain name,it was until the last 2-3 years that people have realized they need a domain website
for their businesses and this will grow much more especially in developing economies

so we will see
I don't mind loosing couple bucks to learn ''WHY'' the names that i believed would sell won't sell.
So there is no loss
It's either gain or learn
