I'd do a $1 auction on namepros and see how high it goes...

There's no search volume or historical sales that indicate any value... and there are zero domains with "ooe" in them except this one.

I'm pretty sure it's a "drop"... but I'd always try and leverage it... do a giveaway or an auction ... perhaps someone will find some value.
