Generic is good, & it's relatively short, but it almost seems to go too far past a brandable to almost - feeling like a consumer guide or non brand specific publication, if that makes any sense?.
But...we know know that GoDaddy (end user) buyers find their appraisal to be valuable - likely the most reputable (big Brand provided) they are aware of. We are talking non-domain savvy crowd, just to make sure I am clear.
Since GoDaddy values your name (at a good few bucks) use it to your advantage for a quick & equitable win (sale, you) + win (deal, buyer) sale - maybe bring the BIN to = the (ahhhhhhhh, hate saying it) appraisal or just below and set to auto negotiate as low as you are willing to go and see what happens.
Might make a quickish sale instead of a drop?
