^^ Actually personal sites dont just get hits from cliques. You start to accumulate dedicated visitors. Besdies youre lucky if you get 2-3 hits your entire site history from a clique or fanlisting.

that is a personal site which can get thousands of hits per day.

The Domain is worth $0, the traffic might have some value but some research would need to be done in order to put a $ value on it.
