Hey guys, just wondering if you could evaluate my site quickly.

It's www.PimpedRides.co.uk and is in the top 5 on the following search engines when you look for "pimped rides":

Google.com
Yahoo.com
Lycos.com
MSN.com

It has a daily average of 265 page loads, with 66 unique visitors and an average of 7 returning visitors. It has a daily revenue average of $2.06 translating into a 2.5% click through rate.

Please let me know what kind of value you'd place on it (also taking into account the current rapid growth of the modified car industry world-wide).

In its current state, based on the statistics you have given us, I would say the site is worth between $1000-2000 (25 months of estimated gross revenue = $1500). Visualy, the site seems dificult and some of the images do not load correctly IMHO. This is a good market to be in and if this site were redesigned and promoted well by its new owner(s), It would be a solid money maker.

Thanks. The average revenue was $2.07 today. This could be way higher if the site was promoted properly and re-designed. Also, if the Yahoo Beta program comes to the UK then this would go up as revenue has been known to be much higher than that of the Google Adsense program.
