Well, keyword does not goes well with extension, and there is not a very clear sense of what "sex surf" can represent..but because keyword sex is mega strong, and the connection here is not that bad (sex.surf can be seen as sort of brandable for that matter) I think it can fetch mid XXX - 1.5k even in 2017 (if it has standard renewal around 30 USD..if renewal is high, this will drag value of this name drastically down).
