How about Nic? Rarest keyword ever... although i have no clue one what to develop it into.

Never heard of .nr, and I'm assuming there aren't many regged .nr's but Sex is obviously the holy grail keyword.

And nic may be on of the hardest to find.

Hard to price Nic due to the rarity. Sex.nr should be at least mid $x,xxx. Probably price it at about $7k-$8k and wait for it. With Nic, perhaps set up a reseller account for iDotz or some other seller of many ccTLDs and merely link to the place that you got .nr names at so that it seems more official (like the Nic sells .nr names out of the other site).

As for the prices of each, I think you could easily get low-mid $x,xxx for Sex.nr. I have no idea about Nic.nr, but I am sure you could get a huge sale from it.

Great names here. You will be making adecent amount of profit on these two domains. Although the extensions are fairly new and have not yet managed a huge sale on record, so an accurate value cannot be predicted. However, i think both should go in the high xxx or low xxxx each at least.

hey, I had noticed that .nr registrar does not allow any adult content on any .nr names. that can't be good for sex.nr

and sex.nr just went for 530 on ebay ... hope the new owner knows that.

it's hidden way down on their 'terms and conditions'. actually says all .nr names must abide by governing laws and regulations of nauru, then specifies NO PORNOGRAPHIC sites to be allowed.
