there are possible trademark issues but i doubt they will be inforced

Alright, so do I just let them go or still try to sell 'em? I think they have high potential and could probably be used as a redirection.

yes nextgenworld.com is not working for me either that is why i didnt appraise it

The domain is working fine for me so I am assuming you guys mean that the actual content site isn't there. Well, I just shut down the site mainly because I did not have enough time or interest to continue with it
