I apologize if this sounds harsh, but personally... I would not even spend the registration fee on this domain. The possible uses for it are extremely limited, and I have a difficult time seeing a potential buyer coming along.

Are you planning to develop this into something related to serrated things, or into something else, just taking the analogy of the serrate concept? I think the latter would be better although right now I can't think of any suggestions, really.

I think we're all reaching, for this one...

Small bit of invested time may make this into a simple portal site for links to any hardware suppliers of cutting tools, esp. wood saws, metal saws, files/rasps, etc. A little optimization on SE's, some link trading... and a few ppc's sprinkled in there to skim a little of the traffic cream?
Serrated is more appropriate than serrate, for this use. Still... that's the only thing that comes to my mind for this name. It's value is entirely dependent upon some kind of even minor development, IMlowdowntunnelingwiththewormsO.
