Serious Privacy breach from Sedo.com ?

This is a continuation of my posts to Sedo's official thread

At the "meet the seller" section when you log to your sedo account you can see :

Country of origin: x
Value added Tax (VAT) Status: for EU
Sedo community member since: x
Seller activity index (BETA)

Tell me which features do you find worth reading as a buyer

1. Country of origin : (Privacy Breach) I don’t remember to allow sedo display my country in a public profile

2. VAT : The same apply for VAT for any person related with EU

3. Ok this shows if this member is old or not. Old members can cheat , new members can cheat too. Not too clever addon but doesn’t hurt

4. BETA or not why I have to care if the buyer/seller had any activity the last 6 months

IMO Sedo violated their privacy policy without any warning or an option to opt-out this modification and I’m willing to request an account cancellation if this will continue

As a buyer, yea, I'd want to see that information.

As a seller, I don't have a problem at all with it being seen.

Since Sedo provides the escrow, does it matter to have feedback/trader rating about the seller. It should not be provided at the expense of privacy.
Furthermore many sellers won't like the activity index.
If someone looks like a veteran/active domainer (vs average webmaster that owns just a handful of domains) they may be more vulnerable to unscrupulous parties (reverse hijackers).

sedo helped me sell my domains

it's good to be transparent for both sides: seller and buyer for the protection of the members as well.

my problem is when im parking my domain
there than i on my account good money 4some days but
the rate are so low..day to day and last day of the month
my all money 120euro have been taken and account have deleted
o im telling that ...bad very bad..

you should ask your sedo rep what's the reason they have deleted your account? it's so unlike sedo for me.
