Low to mid xxx. That being said, I think you'll be fighting a tough uphill battle to find an enduser that will want to use a dot org for their for-profit business. Maybe you should develop this one.

I disagree with that. Example: Seomoz dot org.

If the site has an educational spin, .orgs can work. If the buyer is in that field and has a clue about their own business, they should appreciate the keyword value.
