SEOmization and cleanup

Hello,

I have a large library of google adsense webpages with articles about different content. Problem is: the code is a mess, nothing is optimized for search engines and it isn't XHTML. I need a coder to:

1. Clean up the code of EVERY .php file.
2. Optimize the code and make it XHTML 1.1 compliant.
3. Make the pages optimized for search engines.
4. Make the URL's SEO (e.g. my-article-is-good-8452.html)

There are around 50,000 php files. Yes. This is a huge project and i know that, that's why the budget is huge too. Make your bids, coders!
