It is something I would not sell but develop... so much money you can make from this domain if you put a seo forum on it... and promote it and develop it for the next few years..

I have such a similar case.

I'm the owner of Gurus Forum - Index and
I resolved not to sell but keep it.

So, I advise you to develop a forum on the name
and sell it years later - after making so much
money with it.

Especially since the .com and the plural versions in .com and .net are parking pages.
