I have this domain (SellShirt.com) listed for sale for only $1,500, even though I know it could bring $3,000–$5,000.
That’s because it could be a target for major well-known T-shirt companies.
Also, its estimated value on GoDaddy and Atom is quite high.
Do you think $1,500 is a fair price for it? 🥲

$10 to $25 = Reseller Value Speculation (NOT an end user speculation)

Why would you list it for less than you believe it's worth?

Someone may buy it for sure, but it's a long wait as there are other options. And many use brand domains.

The singular (shirt) hurts it quite a bit as most sites sell more than one shirt, and it sounds awkward. Also you tend to "BuyShirt" not sell them.

IMO.

I understand your point about pricing. The reason I listed it lower than what I personally believe it’s worth is to encourage a quicker sale and reduce the waiting time. I prefer liquidity over holding it for too long, even if I believe the long-term value could be higher.

Regarding the singular “Shirt,” I see your point. However, I still believe the singular can work well from a branding perspective. Shorter domains are often stronger and more memorable. Also, GoDaddy’s valuation tool suggests that the singular version holds slightly more value than the plural.

SellShirt” could fit well with print-on-demand platforms or marketplaces that allow users to sell custom-designed shirts, such as : TeePublic, Redbubble, Zazzle, or Amazon Merch on Demand....etc
