Selling $xxx to $xxxx fairly quickly

I've registered several domains in the reseller $xxx to $xxxx range, and I would like to sell a few fairly quickly to cover some of the initial portfolio building costs. At this point, I'm not concerned about getting top dollar. I would be okay with ~75% reseller value. What's the best way to move these quickly without risking 10% value at auction?

Are these expired or freshly registered ones? In some rare cases backorder service providers didn´t pick them up, mainly if the domain names are in another language than english.

I would like to sell a few fairly quickly to cover some of the initial portfolio building costs.
