I'm selling http://houseofpolitics.com

It has pr5 and a pretty sizable forum where many people join each day. It has over 10,000 posts.

It ranks pretty high in keywords such as "political forum" (usually on the first page on google) and "politics forum."

I'm selling it for $1000+.

The statistics are

I didn't put in any ads on the forum so I don't know how much it would make in a month.

Hosting is three years (site has been live for 4 months but hosting--domain was bought 6 months ago)
