I'm selling my site MusicFaqs.net.
It's ranked as a PR5, but doesn't have much visitors yet, like 20-40 each day.
It's powered by a free opensource Faq script. The content comes from free sources like www.faqs.org.
The AdSense itself has some good paying advertisers on it, you just have to drive traffic to it. It does have the potential of actually putting a forum on it etc. It's my custom design and it now contains 377 entries. It's easily expandable.
Anything above $180 will be considered... via paypal.
