I'm selling www.real-center.com. Main page has a google page rank of 3, and many other pages follow with a pagerank of 2. I'm getting these hits with virtually no maintenance on the site. This site has been running for about a year. When it was established I was putting minimal effort into it and recieving around 1k uniques a day.

Great potential on this site. You can make money from this site from ads, or from using your own referral link on some of the affiliates. The website is using the Mambo content management script.

The domain and host are both expiring in november. However, for a good offer i will renew both at my own cost.

Where did the sudden peaks of traffic come from? On some days there was 6 visitors and on another there was 525+ ? Doesnt make much sense to me.
