The Domain Catcher script is written in PHP and MySQL, and is designed to catch domain names on the day that they are due to expire (or to be released). It works with most common top-level domains such as .com, .uk, co.uk, .org, .net, .eu etc.
The system works by checking up to 5 domains each minute. If any of the domains are available, they are registered through your account with dynadot.com. This means that you don't need a Nominet account (which costs about £670 for the first year).
A separate script (included) independently checks each domain to see if it has been renewed by the original owner or caught by someone else. In either case, it then stops processing of that domain so that all resources can be utilised trying to catch any others due that day.
A simple administration panel is also included, so that you can easily add and delete domains to/from the drop catcher. Also, for any domains that are successfully caught, the scripts automatically create a sales page. You can add and remove domains from your stock list and can change the selling price of each domain.
One year of hosting of the system is included. It cannot be used on your own hosting account.
This system does not provide information on domain-drop dates. You will need a separate source for these, although we can recommend a provider for .com and uk domains if you don't have one already.
